The present Lodge home was constructed in 1952. The interior was extensively remodeled in 2004. The Knox Lodge currently rosters approximately 400 Lodge Brothers and nearly 250 Women of the Moose.

The Chapter of the Women of the Moose (Chapter # 633) was instituted in 1943. The ladies of the Women of the Moose are a vital source of ideas, energy, and financial support for various events.

The active Moose Legion Club attracts members to dinners and other programs.
